A Registered Nurse with a BSN from Middle Georgia State University, Bridgett's early career at Houston Medical Center in Labor and Delivery provided a strong clinical foundation. Her passion for public health education and simplifying healthcare access led to roles as Clinical Educator for the Women's Center and Pediatrics. Her strategic skills were further honed as VP of Business Development and a consultant at a major home care company, guiding families and professionals in securing appropriate care. Bridgett is also a Certified Aging LifeCare Professional (CMC), reflecting her specialized expertise in comprehensive care management.

Leveraging her strong background in nursing, business, and advocacy, Bridgett founded Skelton CMC, an organization committed to delivering personalized, one-on-one support to families.
